Plot size

  1. Plot size admeasuring 5000 sq. mts. and above are available for allotment in Dahej SEZ.
  2. Plots are offered on lease for 30 years.

Allotment Price

  1. Rs. 50000/- non-refundable + GST @ 18% (non-refundable) towards application processing charges & deposit of Rs. 2 Lac per hect.
  2. Plot is offered at rate of Rs. 2530/- per sq. mt. for upfront payment 100% of land cost in processing area.
  3. Rs. 2622/- per sq. mt in case of Deferred payment. The allottee is required to make 20% payment on handing over possession of plot, 30% within next six months and remaining 50% within next six months. This scheme of Deferred Payment is available only to SMEs/units requiring less than 5 hect land.
  4. Plot is offered at rate of Rs. 2910/- per sq. mt. for upfront payment 100% of land cost in non-processing area.
  5. Rs 165 per sq mt per annum as annual rent from allottees for allotment of land on rent in SEZ area.
  6. In addition, Rs. 15/- per Sq. Mt. to be paid separately by allottees towards the welfare activities of Gujarat PCPIR Welfare Society.

Other Charges

  1. Lease rent of Rs. 2/- per sq. mt is to be paid annually.
  2. Service charges towards administration of infrastructure services are to be paid to DSL monthly/quarterly/annually as may be decided by DSL.
  3. Service charges are to be paid separately to co-developers / service providers for their services in SEZ, as per the rates decided by them.

How to apply?

  1. Download the ‘Application Form’ from the website or obtain the ‘Application Form’ from the office of DSL, Gandhinagar. The dully filled Application to be submitted to DSL, Gandhinagar with application processing charges of Rs. 50,000/- + GST @ 18% (non-refundable) & deposit of Rs. 2 Lac per hect. by Demand Draft in favor of ‘Dahej SEZ Limited’ payable at Gandhinagar. List of documents to be submitted along with ‘Application Form’ :-List of documents to be submitted along with ‘Application Form’ :-The Applicant is to submit following documents / information along with the prescribed application form fuly filled.
    • Certificate of Incorporation & Certificate for Commencement of Business.
    • Copy of Articles of Association & Memorandum of Association.
    • Copy of IEC Registration as an exporter (Import – Exporter Code) duly certified.
    • Applicant’s experience in particular item of manufacture along with company profile.
    • Details about products and exports (excluding merchant exports) during last three years.
    • Annexure for list of products proposed to be manufactured.
    • Certified Annual Accounts for the last 3 years.
    • Detailed Project Report indicating the proposed unit, products, products manufacturing process & production flow charts, infrastructural requirements, list of promoters / partners / directors etc.
    • Arrangements, if any, made for financial assistance from Bank / Financial Institution for setting up the unit.
    • Any other information to operationalize manufacturing unit including export orders in hand / marketing agreement with foreign customers / partner / collaborator.
    • Undertaking duly executed on Stamp Paper of Rs. 300/- (attached in Application Form)
  2. Issuance of Provisional Offer :DSL will issue Letter of Provisional Offer for allotment of plot of land in SEZ on processing of application and taking decision to offer the plot in SEZ.
  3. Submission of Letter of Approval (LoA) :After receiving Letter of Provisional Offer for allotment of land in SEZ, the applicant / party is to approach Development Commissioner, Dahej SEZ for obtaining a Letter of Approval (LoA) in Form ‘F’ prescribed under the SEZ Rules of GoI.Form ‘F’ is to be submitted to the Development Commissioner, Dahej SEZ by the party in five copies along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 5000/- favoring “The Regional Pay and Accounts Officer, Mumbai” payable at Gandhidham towards Scrutiny Fees under advice to DSL for obtaining Letter of Approval from DC. Applicant will be allotted plot on production of a Letter of Approval (LoA) from the Development Commissioner, Dahej SEZ.
  4. After submission of the copy of LoA to DSL, Offer-cum-Allotment letter will be issued to the Party by DSL.
  5. On full payment of allotment price within 30 days, an agreement is to be executed between DSL and Allottee. (in triplicate)
  6. Physical Possession of the plot will be handed over after execution of Agreement.
